How Do I Invite My Colleagues?

If you are on a Team or Pro subscription plan, you can add additional team members using the “Invite team members” button in the header. Team plans include 3 seats and Pro plans include 5 seats. If you need more, use the “Buy more seat quantity” option, which directs you to the billing section.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Voxpopme offers a 14-day complimentary trial period without requiring credit card information. If you choose to enter payment details, you can cancel at any time. Core platform features and initial video surveys are available at no charge.

How Do I Upgrade My Account?

Account upgrades are managed through the “Manage Payments” option in the user menu. This leads to a billing area where you can select “Update plan” to review available options and choose a higher-tier plan with additional features or user seats.

How Do I Downgrade My Account?

Downgrades follow the same path as upgrades. Navigate to “Manage Payments,” choose a lower-tier plan, and review the new monthly cost. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle after confirmation.

How Do I Cancel My Account?

To cancel, go to “Manage Payments” and select “Cancel plan.” You will be asked to confirm your decision and provide cancellation reasons. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
