Voxpopme lets you create user accounts and configure permissions so every team member has the right level of access. This guide covers how to add new users, assign roles, and manage project-level visibility.
Access User Management
Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the platform, then select the option to manage team members. This opens the user management panel where you can view existing accounts and add new ones.
Create a New User
Click the button to add a new user and enter their details. You will then assign them one of three permission levels.
Assign User Roles
Choose the appropriate role based on the level of access the person needs:
- Company Admin — Full access to all projects and showreels across the account. Best for team leads and account owners.
- Reviewer — Can view existing projects and create showreels, but cannot launch new projects. Suitable for stakeholders who need to access insights without managing research.
- Guest — Limited access to specific projects only. Guests can view and create showreels for the projects they have been granted access to.
Select Project Access for Guests
When assigning the Guest role, scroll through the project list and select which specific projects the user should be able to access.
Finalize and Notify
Click Add Member to complete the process. The new user will receive an automated email with their login credentials and can begin accessing the platform immediately.
