Add and Manage Team Members in Voxpopme with Custom Permissions

In this quick tutorial, you’ll learn how to create new user accounts or adjust permissions for existing users in Voxpopme to enhance team collaboration. Follow these steps to manage team members and control project access.
Key features include:
Access User Management: Start by clicking the user icon in the top-right corner of the platform and selecting “Manage Team Members.”
Create a New User: Click the “Create User” button and enter your colleague’s details to add them to the system.
Assign user permissions by role: Company Admin has full access to all projects and showreels; Reviewer can view and create showreels from existing projects but cannot launch new ones; Guest has limited access to specific projects, allowing only view and showreel creation for those projects.
Select Project Access for Guests: If assigning a user as a guest, scroll down to select the specific projects they will have access to.
Finalize and Notify: Once user settings are updated, click “Add Member.” The new user will receive an automated email with their login details.
