Keeping your research data clean is essential. This guide shows you how to flag or remove video responses in Voxpopme when quality issues arise, ensuring your analysis is built on reliable data.
Automatic Quality Assurance Review
Voxpopme’s QA team automatically examines incoming videos for audio and visual quality issues. Responses that fail to meet quality standards are declined automatically. However, you can also flag responses manually if you spot concerns the automated process may have missed.
How to Flag a Response
- Navigate to the response you want to flag.
- Open the three-dot menu in the upper right corner.
- Select Report Response.
- Choose an appropriate reason, such as “Quality Concern.”
Support Team Review
After you report a response, the Voxpopme support team evaluates the flagged video. If they agree the response does not meet standards, they will remove it from the project on your behalf.
Replacing Flagged Responses
When a project is still active, flagging or removing a response opens up a slot for a replacement. This means your target sample size is maintained without having to manually adjust your project settings.
