Creating a Project
Start a new survey by selecting the “Create Project” option on your dashboard. This launches an interactive setup wizard that guides you through each step of the process, from question creation to audience selection.
What Happens After You Submit?
The next steps depend on your audience source. If you are using your own audience with link-based distribution, participants receive their survey URL via email. When using Voxpopme’s OnDemand community, there is a brief review period (typically 1–4 hours) before the survey activates and reaches panel members.
How to Share Your Survey Link
After project creation, participants receive an automated email containing their unique survey URL. You can also access the same link within the “Project Details” section of your account dashboard for manual distribution.
How to Embed Your Survey
You can integrate video survey functionality into external survey tools, with results viewable through Voxpopme’s interface. Note that embedding availability may vary based on your subscription tier.
