What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning Your Pipeline – Prospect, qualify, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Driving New Business – Build and close deals while supporting strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Partnering with Marketing – Execute campaigns and convert high-quality inbound leads.
- Engaging Clients – Deliver tailored demos, proposals, and ROI-driven conversations.
- Collaborating Internally – Work with senior sales peers and leadership to refine positioning and process.
- Tracking & Reporting – Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and Gong to drive accountability and insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Proven success in a full-cycle, quota-carrying AE role
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prospect effectively and manage a structured pipeline.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPIC, Sandler, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience selling to Insights, CX, or Innovation teams is an advantage.
- Collaborative, curious, and motivated to grow into a senior role.

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 base, dependent on experience
