Creating and Sharing a Showreel

Once you’ve captured rich insights from real-life consumers, Showreels let you turn those powerful stories into impactful, shareable video reels. Whether you’re sharing with your team, clients, or other key stakeholders, this article will walk you through how to generate and distribute your Showreel effectively.

Generate Your Showreel

First up, select Generate Showreel from your project dashboard.

This option allows you to build a polished video asset directly from your consumer responses.

Once you click Generate Showreel, you’ll be presented with customisation options for your Showreel style:

  • Plain – a simple, clean presentation without extra design elements.

  • Templated – includes your branding, titles, or other visual identity features.​

Choose the one that best matches your intended audience and messaging.

Sharing Your Showreel

Once your Showreel is generated, there are a few powerful ways to distribute it:

  1. Share a Link

    A public or private link is created automatically. Simply copy the URL and send it to colleagues, clients, or stakeholders.

  2. Embed in a Presentation

    You can seamlessly embed your Showreel into:

    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Websites
    • Internal tools (such as Confluence, SharePoint, or your CRM)

    Grab the provided embed code for easy insertion.

Manage Sharing & Privacy Settings

For added flexibility and control, scroll down to configure further sharing settings:

  • Control when to share
    ​    Schedule when the Showreel becomes visible or restrict access based on timing needs.​

  • Add a thumbnail
    ​    An auto-selected frame will be offered, or you can choose a different thumbnail manually for maximum visual impact.

  • Password protection
    ​    Secure your Showreel with a password if it contains sensitive or confidential material.

  • Customize the Share page
    ​    Personalize the share page with a custom title, description, and additional context to provide clarity to viewers.

Final Step: Save Your Settings

Once you’re happy with your Showreel setup, click Save to apply your updates.

Your Showreel is now ready to make an impact — bringing your consumer insights to life in a way that’s easy to share, present, and act on.
