We currently have an opportunity for a Product Manager within our UK team.

Summary of role

This role involves owning and advocating for specific areas of the product roadmap, leading the entire product development process from concept to launch. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, ensuring their voice is reflected in product decisions, and translating technical concepts into clear, business-friendly stories for stakeholders. You’ll also be responsible for making data-driven product decisions, fostering a collaborative team environment, and engaging confidently in technical discussions. Continuously seeking innovation and improvement, you’ll ensure that products meet both customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap Owners: Own and advocate for your areas of the overall product roadmap within the business & engineering groups.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept through launch. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and market trends. Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and ensure that the voice of the customer is reflected in product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. Translate technical concepts and detailed product features into clear, business-digestible stories for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Decision Making: Take ownership of product decisions, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with company goals. Be comfortable making tough decisions in ambiguous situations, balancing competing priorities effectively (with help from others on the team and leadership of course!)
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, positive team environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Technical Proficiency: Engage confidently in discussions about technical topics with engineering and data teams. Ensure that product decisions are technically feasible and aligned with business needs.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek out opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Team player, with the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business-focused stories.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with experience working in high-autonomy teams is a plus!
