What do we do?

Voxpopme conducts market research for a wide range of businesses (Clients). Individuals who have been accepted as potential participants in our market research (Members) are invited to submit video responses to our questionnaires (Invitation). Invitations will be time limited and restricted to a specific number of responses.

As an example, a questionnaire may request a response from say 300 Members within 48 hours. The invitation to respond will close when we have received the first 300 responses in acceptable form or, if later, when the 48 hour period is up.

Your video responses will be provided to Clients to help them improve their product or service offerings. Your first and last name will also be shared with Clients.

• enable us to collate and classify Members into the relevant focus groups for our Clients' market research;

• achieve the general objectives of Voxpopme.

Voxpopme ensures that it is permitted to process your personal data. If no statutory condition applies to the form of processing we undertake, we can only undertake such processing with your consent. We do not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

How data is stored on your device

The information you provide when you install the app will be stored on your device. If you decide you do not want to have this data stored on your device you can delete the app, which will also delete all of the stored information.

We are committed to children's privacy

Voxpopme takes children’s privacy seriously and we do not seek to collect individually identifiable information about children under 18 years of age without the permission of their parent or guardian. We reserve the right to require evidence of the identity of any person nominated as the parent or guardian.
