Summary of role

We are seeking a curious, self motivated, problem solver for the role of Implementation Manager. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for project scoping, survey scripting, quality assurances, field management and reporting. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure surveys meet their objectives while adhering to quality standards and best practices.

This role requires an individual who is organized, practices good time management, is an effective communicator, is resourceful, and can work well under time pressures. This position will be working with a collaborative team composed of Project Managers, Customer Success, and Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Project Managers to confirm scope and feasibility for any inbound research projects. Advising on any technical limitations, time restrictions, or traps that may get in the way of us achieving a customers objectives
  • Set-up surveys using our proprietary Project Set-up Wizard and/or other 3rd Party survey tools when more complex set ups are required. 
  • Conduct thorough testing of the survey to identify and resolve any programming errors or inconsistencies in surveys that may impact project objectives. 
  • Coordinates with 3rd Party suppliers (when applicable) to ensure any outside services being used are set-up and managed. 
  • Monitor survey performance metrics such as completion rates, response times, and drop-off rates, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, Clients & external suppliers; providing updates on survey progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for future enhancements.
  • Assist with post-survey activities such as data cleaning, re-coding and other activities required for supporting reporting and analysis.

  • Experience in Market Research Industry and/or with survey platforms a plus
Salary: £26,500
